New Production Flowlines - Khazarengineering

Rig 209 is an inshore complex containing a cluster of 10 wells with a basic gas / oil separation system that is currently under total refurbishment by Bahar Energy. Khazar Engineering was contracted to carry out a complete laser scan of the complex, redesign the oil, gas lift and test manifolds, redesign the production, test and gas lift flowlines, produce a PDMS 3D model and generate fabrication isometrics, pipe supports and bulk material take-offs.

The project was complicated due to the fact that the client required production to continue unabated during the installation phase with minimum shut-in periods when switching individual wells onto the new flowline / manifold system.
