Brownfield Engineering

Assets that have been operating for a long period of time will inevitably require remedial actions due to corrosion, erosion and cyclic stresses amongst other factors. Other factors could include process changes, replacement process equipment with differing dimensions and legislative changes. Khazar Engineering’s Brownfield Engineering services offer a solution to every one of these factors when having to replace pipework, steelwork or indeed process equipment. The process involves dimensional control surveys which are then converted to 3d models followed by 2D detail design for fabrication.

Greenfield Engineering

Greenfield engineering is provided as a validation service to confirm that the asset infrastructure is compliant with the original specification. By using dimensional control surveying techniques the build can be confirmed as being compliant with the specification or alternatively in can identify variances. With this information we can implement fabrication management to ensure the asset is fully in compliance with the specification.
